Ray brings a wealth of experience to our team.

  • United States Marine Corps, where he guarded nuclear warheads, torpedoes, and ammunition shipments on gunboats.

  • Following his military service, Ray built a career in security management spanning 20 years, including roles in both private and corporate security.

  • He also has extensive experience overseeing Human Resource departments and developing client service teams in high-rise buildings in San Francisco and the East Bay.

  • Ray's previous roles include serving as the Director of Human Resources at Professional Technical Security Services (Pro-Tech Security) from 2005 to 2022. 

  • Account Manager at Pal-American Security, following Pro-Tech Security's acquisition in 2022.

  • Ray joined Wright Guard Security as the Chief Operations Officer in 2022.​​
