Gina Wright

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of Wright Guard, Gina Wright provides strategic financial leadership and oversees all company financial activities, including planning, implementation, and management. She directs accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, banking relationships, risk management, and regulatory compliance while supporting the company's long-term growth, profitability, and financial stability.

 

Gina brings more than 36 years of financial planning and management experience to the Wright Guard team. Throughout her career, she developed extensive expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, business planning, operational efficiency, and fiscal oversight. Her strong leadership and commitment to sound financial management have been instrumental in helping organizations achieve sustainable growth while maintaining financial integrity.

 

Gina works closely with executive leadership to develop strategic initiatives, evaluate business opportunities, and ensure the company's financial resources effectively support its mission and future success.

Ray Wright

Chief Executive Officer

With more than 26 years of law enforcement experience and 18 years of combined military service, he brings extensive leadership, tactical training, and real-world security expertise to every client and assignment.

 

He served 10 years in the United States Marine Corps, including as a Platoon Sergeant during Operation Desert Storm, followed by eight years in the Air National Guard. As a combat veteran of both Operation Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom, he understands the importance of preparation, discipline, sound judgment, and remaining composed in high-pressure situations.

 

Throughout his career, he has served as a S.W.A.T. Team Leader, Department of Justice Tactical Rappel Master, Firearms Instructor, and Department of Justice Self-Defense Instructor. He has also provided active-shooter training through A.S.S.E.T. and served with the Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team, also known as FASTCO.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and professional certifications in Security Management, Security Consulting, Executive Protection, and Risk Management.

 

His diverse experience in law enforcement, military operations, tactical response, training, leadership, and business management enables him to provide dependable, strategic, and professional security solutions tailored to the needs of each client.

Terrance Butler

Director of Operations

Terrance Butler oversees field operations, human resources, training, compliance, and business development for Wright Guard Security, including the company’s bid and proposal process for new contracts.

 

Before entering the security industry, Terrance spent more than a decade managing quality assurance and commissioning programs for critical infrastructure projects. His experience includes Meta’s hyperscale data center campuses and more than one gigawatt of utility-scale energy projects, environments where strict access control, detailed documentation, accountability, and operational precision are essential.

 

A United States Navy veteran, Terrance brings a disciplined, systems-focused approach to Wright Guard Security. He is committed to building consistent standards across every level of the organization, from internal operations and employee training to the professionalism and performance of each security officer in the field.

 

His leadership helps ensure that Wright Guard delivers dependable, compliant, and well-coordinated security services for every client and location.
